Chrome not launching/opening to white box on Server 2022

After installing 2024-01 Cumulative Update for Microsoft server operating system version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034129), Chrome launches to a white/blank window.

To resolve, delete the registry key

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\chrome.exe

and relaunch Chrome.
